Ildong Foodis Unveils 'Dalji Anheun Plain' Greek Yogurt
Ildong Foodis announced on the 30th that it has newly launched 'Foodis Greek Unsweetened Plain.'
This newly released product was made by removing sugar from the original line, Foodis Greek Plain, considering consumers who are concerned about sugar content.
In addition, it was made by concentrating 1A grade raw milk twice using the traditional Greek method and adding only probiotics. No food additives such as sugar, stabilizers, or colorants were used, and it contains 18 billion live probiotics per 100g, as well as twice the protein and calcium compared to milk. Furthermore, a low-temperature vacuum concentration method was used to reduce nutrient loss.
