[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Damyang-gun, Jeonnam announced on the 17th that it will conduct a preliminary inspection of unmanned civil service issuance machines installed in the area to ensure there are no inconveniences in using them during the Lunar New Year holiday.
This inspection will cover overall operational aspects such as the security status and maintenance conditions of the unmanned civil service issuance machines, system operation, and management status.
A total of 14 unmanned civil service issuance machines are installed, including at the county office civil service center, 12 eup/myeon offices, and the Damyang Nonghyup headquarters, providing 24-hour access to 119 types of issuance services such as resident registration certificates.
Civil service issuance is also available online.
Through identity verification on the integrated administrative service portal ‘Government24,’ necessary civil documents can be issued 24 hours a day, and family relation-related civil documents can be issued free of charge via the ‘Supreme Court Electronic Family Relations Registration System.’
