Na Kyung-won, who mentioned "like a rhinoceros horn...", seems to have firmed up her decision to run
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] Former lawmaker Na Kyung-won, who has solidified her intention to run after stepping down from the position of Vice Chairperson of the Low Birthrate and Aging Society Committee, expressed her willingness to run again on the 16th by mentioning the "horn of a rhinoceros."
On the same day, Na posted a photo on her social media (SNS) with Monk Muwon, the Chief Executive of the Cheontae Order, at Guinsa Temple in Danyang, saying, "Monk Muwon says 'like the horn of a rhinoceros...' I have been thinking about it again and again since last Friday."
Amid speculation that Na will run ahead of the Lunar New Year, she revealed through SNS that she is still deliberating her final decision.
Park Jong-hee, a former People Power Party lawmaker assisting Na, stated on CBS's "Kim Hyun-jung's News Show" that "I understand she will announce her intention to run after President Yoon Seok-yeol returns to Korea," adding, "Since the President is abroad for the national interest, it would be inappropriate to declare any intentions during that period," explaining the reason.
