'EY Hanyoung for Talent Development, University Student Business Plan Competition'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Global accounting and consulting firm EY Hanyoung announced on the 11th that it will hold the 'EY Hanyoung-JA Growth to Professional' university student business plan competition.
Now in its 4th year, the EY Hanyoung-JA Growth to Professional competition is co-hosted by EY Hanyoung and JA Korea, a global non-profit youth education organization. The competition focuses on 'growth' rather than 'competition' among participants, aiming to nurture future generation talents.
Consultants from EY Consulting, EY Hanyoung’s consulting organization, and EY-Parthenon, a strategy consulting specialized organization, along with experts in audit, tax, and financial advisory, participate as mentors and instructors. They provide university student participants with lectures and in-depth mentoring and feedback on interview skills, business plan writing, and consulting work.
EY Hanyoung and JA Korea will review the submitted documents received by the application deadline on the 24th and conduct online interviews from February 2 to 3. The final list of successful candidates will be announced on February 7. A 'soft skills workshop' will be offered to all applicants, allowing those who were unfortunately not selected to still participate in the educational program.
