The Born Korea Launches ‘Bonga Sogalbijjim’ RMR Product for Lunar New Year

Bonga Sogalbijjim uses carefully selected ribs with a thickness of 25mm, boasting the best texture after several rounds of research, and the fat and blood are meticulously removed by hand to provide a richer yet clean taste.
In addition, a special sauce with deep flavor and umami is used, and a high-temperature, high-pressure cooking method similar to steaming in a cauldron is applied to allow the seasoning to penetrate the meat well. Domestic onions, green onions, and radishes are specially used to soften the meat texture, and finely ground ginger and garlic are added to reduce any unpleasant odor and let you enjoy a pleasant meaty aroma.
