AlSquare Provides Up to 40 Million KRW Support to Individual Companies Seeking Office Space
Brokerage Fee? Legal Representation Fee Free
Moving? Cleaning Fee Support, Office Furniture Discounts, and More Benefits
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Commercial real estate data specialist RSquare announced on the 5th that it will hold the 'Sinsa Imdang' event, offering up to 40 million KRW in benefits to companies seeking new office spaces in 2023, the Year of the Black Rabbit.
RSquare will waive brokerage fees worth approximately 20 million KRW (based on a 660㎡ (200-pyeong) office). It also supports company director and cleaning fees, as well as legal service fees for registration transfer and mortgage rights. Discounts on office furniture are also provided. Depending on the office size, benefits can total up to 40 million KRW. This is expected to significantly reduce the burden on companies planning office relocations amid the economic downturn.
'Sinsa Imdang' is an abbreviation for 'For you who need office rental for the New Year.' The event benefits apply to customers who apply through the designated form by the end of March. Lease contracts must be finalized within the first half of this year. Benefits are limited to one use per customer during the period.
Regarding brokerage fees, they are free without area restrictions if participation conditions are met. Knowledge industry centers are excluded. Special cases such as joint brokerage and non-payment of landlord fees are subject to separate negotiation. Detailed information can be found on the RSquare service page.
