The excellent civil complaint processing mileage public officials for 2022 in the simple complaint category were ▲ Best: Baek Kyung-jin, Officer of the Livestock Division at the Agricultural Technology Center ▲ Excellence: Yoon Se-hoon, Officer of the Health Administration Division at Jinhae Health Center.
In the complex complaint category, ▲ Best: Cha Hye-kyung, Officer of the Architectural Landscape Division at the Environmental and Urban Bureau ▲ Excellence: Nam Ah-ryeo, Officer of the Architectural Landscape Division at the Environmental and Urban Bureau were selected respectively.
The Civil Complaint Processing Mileage System is a system that awards incentives to employees with high accumulated mileage points by crediting individual mileage points to public officials who shorten the processing period of civil complaints that exceed the statutory processing period of six days or more, based on the shortened period compared to the statutory processing period.
