The province operates the customized consultation service "Gyeongsangnam-do Civil Complaint Call Center" covering overall provincial administration including transportation, welfare, and tourism.
From the first day of the New Year, the Hometown Love Donation System will be implemented, providing tax credit benefits and return gifts.
To reflect the actual value of assets, the acquisition tax base will be changed by recognizing the standard market price at no cost as the market price, and the declared price for paid or original acquisition as the actual acquisition price.
During the calculation of the standard market price of buildings, an opinion hearing procedure will be conducted to incorporate the opinions of owners and stakeholders.
The local tax reduction support, previously limited to existing social welfare corporations and some social welfare facilities, will be expanded to include all social welfare corporations and facilities, and next year's firefighter recruitment exam will be completely reorganized.

Smart farms (vertical gardens) will be established in six cities and counties in the province to expand elderly employment, and support will be provided for CCTV installation costs in elderly medical welfare facilities such as nursing homes and communal living homes for the elderly.
Home care disability allowance will be expanded to 60,000 KRW, facility disability allowance to 30,000 KRW, disability pension increased to 322,000 KRW per month, and discounts on resort usage fees for registered disabled persons and their accompanying families in the province will also be provided.

The target for low-income elderly implant support, previously aged 65 and over, will be lowered to 60 and over, and tuberculosis screening will be conducted for care facility workers with employment contracts of less than one year.
In 2023, the Gyeongsangnam-do Emergency Medical Comprehensive Control Tower will operate to focus on rapid transport of emergency patients and securing the golden time.
Gyeongsangnam-do will provide "parental allowance" to parents of infants aged 0 to 1 born after January 1 this year.
Government-supported childcare hours will be increased to 960 hours per year, and support for self-reliant youth such as independent living allowances, settlement funds, and medical expenses for protection-terminated children will be strengthened.
