Imsil-gun Successfully Concludes 'Comprehensive Evaluation Meeting for Rural Guidance Projects'

[Imsil=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Park Nosik] Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk announced on the 22nd that it successfully concluded the ‘2022 Rural Guidance Project Comprehensive Evaluation Meeting’ at the county office’s Farmers Education Center on the 21st.

Held with the participation of over 100 farming households, this comprehensive evaluation meeting of the Rural Guidance Project assessed the achievements and issues of this year’s rural guidance efforts, which have been actively pursued under the county administration’s policy of ‘Hopeful Agriculture Together,’ and focused on areas to improve for the coming year.

Additionally, the direction and project plans for next year’s county rural guidance initiatives were discussed in detail to help attending farmers better understand Imsil’s agricultural policies and rural guidance projects.

Lecturer Kim Eunjeong (CEO of Emotional Healing Coaching Academy) gave a beneficial special lecture titled ‘Abundant and Happy Rural Life? Positive Mindset and Communication,’ which resonated with the farmers. There was also a session for information exchange among farmers through an excellent case presentation titled ‘Challenge of the 6th Agricultural Industry’ by farmer Noh Seokho.

County Governor Shim Min expressed his gratitude, saying, “I would like to thank all the farmers, including members of farmer learning groups, small-scale farmers, and item-specific research associations, who steadfastly uphold agriculture and rural communities despite difficult conditions.”

He added, “Through the evaluation of the rural guidance project, we hope to create a forum for consensus building and communication to wisely overcome challenges by gathering wisdom to enhance agricultural competitiveness, and that sharing the project’s achievements will serve as an opportunity to elevate Imsil agriculture to the next level.”
