Gyeonggi-do Publishes Casebook on Support for Collective Building Management
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province published a support casebook for the 'Collective Building Management Support Group' on the 22nd.
The Gyeonggi Province Collective Building Management Support Group, consisting of 30 experts including lawyers, housing managers, accountants, architects, and labor consultants, was launched in March 2020 to provide free consultations on collective building management issues such as convening management meetings, establishing regulations, managing fees, and facility management for managers and residents facing difficulties.
This casebook includes advisory cases by building usage, related precedents, laws, and Gyeonggi Province standard management regulations, providing necessary information for collective building management so that residents and managers can use it as a reference.
The province plans to distribute the casebook to departments related to collective buildings in cities and counties and post it on the 'Gyeonggi Architecture Portal' and 'Gyeonggi Province e-Book' websites for easy public access.
Meanwhile, the support group provided consultations on a total of 268 cases: 72 in 2020, 100 in 2021, and 96 in 2022.
