View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] CU announced on the 21st that it will hold an offline discount event for customers preparing Christmas home parties and also host a special exhibition on its membership application, Pocket CU.
In this event, 33 selected products including snacks, side dishes, carbonated drinks, and processed foods will be offered with promotions such as 1+1, 2+1, and 2+2 per product. Popular beer bundles like GomPyo Wheat Beer and Heineken, consisting of 6 cans in 5 varieties, will be discounted from 16,500 won to 12,000 won, and 4-can bundles in 5 varieties will also be reduced from 11,000 won to 8,000 won.
Wines suitable for home parties will be launched along with discount events. CU will release the 7th edition of the Eum!(mmm!) series, a sparkling wine called Eum! Cava. It is made by blending native grape varieties grown in Penedes, Catalonia, Spain?Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada?and features ripe peach aromas and citrus flavors. This product can be purchased at 9,000 won per bottle when buying two or more bottles.
On the membership app Pocket CU’s home delivery service, a special exhibition of cakes and decorations to enhance the Christmas atmosphere will be held. Home delivery is a service that delivers ordered products to a specified address. This special exhibition will sell Truffle Cheese Cake and Vanilla Pecan Cake from Jeongsikdang, a Korean fusion dining restaurant. The 5-star hotel Mayfield’s Holiday Whole Cake will also be introduced.
