The recall target is the product labeled with the manufacturing number '16LD01' of the 'Mediheal Collagen Impact In Tightening Mask,' with an expiration date until November 15, 2024.
This recall is due to the functional ingredient (adenosine) content being below the standard level.
Mediheal explained that the ingredient called adenosine is known for its effects on improving skin wrinkles and whitening.
The product has been sold both online and offline through Mediheal and CJ Olive Young. Consumers who purchased offline can visit the store with the product, receipt, and payment method, while those who purchased online can apply for a refund through the customer center. CJ Olive Young stated that it will accept refund applications for the product until the 3rd of next month.
