SUV Slipped on Icy Road, Crashed into Building Exterior Wall... 1 Dead, 4 Injured with Serious and Minor Wounds
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] On the 17th, a driver in his 50s died in a vehicle slip accident on an icy road in Hapcheon, Gyeongnam.
According to Hapcheon Police Station, around 10:30 PM that night, an SUV driving downhill near Daebyeong Market in Daebyeong-myeon slipped on the road and crashed into a nearby exterior wall.
The day before the accident, Hapcheon received 1.3 cm of snow according to the Korea Meteorological Administration.
The driver, Mr. A, was transported to the hospital but passed away, while one passenger sustained serious injuries and three others suffered minor injuries.
It was reported that there was no one inside the building the vehicle collided with.
