[Weather] Tomorrow Morning Seoul Feels Like Minus 17 Degrees... Heavy Snow in Seohae and Jeju
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Pyeonghwa] On Sunday the 18th, the nation will be mostly clear, with the morning feels-like temperature in Seoul expected to be minus 17 degrees Celsius. Heavy snow is forecasted in some areas along the west coast and Jeju Island.
Expected snowfall between the 17th and 19th is 5 to 15 cm along the west coast of Chungnam, western Jeolla region, Jeju Island, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo; 3 to 10 cm in eastern Jeonbuk and inland Chungnam; and 1 to 5 cm in eastern Jeonnam, Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, and western inland Gyeongsang region. The west coast of Jeolla may see over 25 cm, and some mountainous areas of Jeju Island could accumulate more than 50 cm.
Morning low temperatures are expected to range from minus 18 to 4 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from minus 8 to 2 degrees Celsius. Due to strong winds, the morning feels-like temperature will drop below minus 20 degrees Celsius in many places. The morning feels-like temperature in Seoul is minus 17 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Sea waves will range from 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and from 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters. In the outer seas (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 2.0 to 4.5 meters in the East Sea, 2.0 to 5.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 5.0 meters in the South Sea.
