On the 15th, the Job Foundation announced that it was selected as an 'Excellent Family-Friendly Certified Company of 2022' by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family on the 14th, and will receive about 240 benefits supported by central government ministries, local governments, and banks. The validity period of this certification is until 2025.
The Family-Friendly Certification System is a system established by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family to foster family-friendly management according to the "Act on the Promotion of Creating a Family-Friendly Social Environment" (Article 15). Certification is granted to organizations that exemplary operate various family-friendly systems such as support for childbirth and child-rearing, flexible work systems, and the creation of a family-friendly workplace culture to harmoniously balance work and family life.
The foundation has continuously operated various work systems such as flexible work hours, telecommuting, and smart work to support employees' work-family balance. It also encouraged spending more time with family by providing welfare benefits such as various leaves including childcare leave and parental leave, and family vacation facilities. Every Wednesday was designated as 'Family Love Day,' encouraging employees to leave work on time unless there are special circumstances.
