Korea Ratings Implements 'Voluntary Retirement' for Researchers and Employees with Over 15 Years of Service

According to the credit rating industry on the 14th, Korea Ratings recently decided to accept voluntary retirement applications from researchers and administrative staff with more than 15 years of service until the 16th.
The retirement date is set for the 31st of this month, and in addition to the regular severance pay, a separate voluntary retirement payment will be provided.
The voluntary retirement payment is calculated by multiplying the monthly base salary, excluding allowances, by the number of months corresponding to the years of service.
