The Ministry of the Interior and Safety conducted a comprehensive information disclosure evaluation on 591 public institutions nationwide this year, divided into 10 indicators across four areas: ▲Pre-disclosure of information (25 points) ▲Full-text disclosure (25 points) ▲Request processing (30 points) ▲Customer management (20 points).
Gyeonggi Province strengthened pre-disclosure information and full-text disclosure, and improved residents' satisfaction through prompt information request processing, receiving high evaluations in all assessment indicators.
