On Sunday the 4th, severe cold will return. Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -12 and 4 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs ranging from 0 to 9 degrees Celsius. In Seoul, the low to high temperatures are expected to be between -8 and 1 degrees Celsius.

The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -12 and 4 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures between 0 and 9 degrees Celsius. In Seoul, the low to high temperatures are expected to range from -8 to 1 degrees Celsius.
There will be occasional clouds nationwide, and the southern regions will be mostly cloudy in the morning.
In Jeju Island and the southern coast of Jeonnam, there may be occasional rain until the morning. Expected precipitation amounts are around 5 to 10 mm and about 1 mm, respectively.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Strong winds are expected along the west and south coasts, so caution is advised for facility management and safety accidents.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East and South Seas, and 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea.
