GH Strengthens Communication to Promote Horizontal Organizational Culture

GH announced on the 30th that it will introduce and conduct an 'Organizational Culture Guideline Activation Program' focused on revitalizing communication for about 300 employees until the 13th of next month.
This program was planned to create a harmonious platform within the organization for mutual understanding and communication.
Previously, GH staged a play themed on 'Activating a Horizontal Communication Culture' and 'Breaking Down Partition Culture within the Organization.' Before the play performance, GH put considerable effort into collecting various cases through interviews by rank to create a customized scenario.

A GH official stated, "GH diagnosed the current state of the internal organizational culture and provided an opportunity for employees to share their thoughts and participate in the direction to move forward," adding, "We will continue to foster an organizational culture that enables mutual understanding and communication within the organization and across generations."
