In the metropolitan area and central and northern Gangwon Province, rain may pour at a rate of 20-30 mm per hour until the night of the 28th. Other regions will experience such heavy rain overnight.
This rain is expected to continue in most areas until the morning of the 29th. However, Jeju Island and the Gyeongsang region are expected to have rain until around 3 p.m.
After the rain stops, cold air will move southward from the northwest, causing daytime temperatures to drop by about 4 to 10 degrees compared to today. Tomorrow morning's low temperatures will range from 6 to 17 degrees, and daytime highs will range from 6 to 20 degrees.

Daytime highs are Seoul 9°C, Incheon 8°C, Suwon 9°C, Chuncheon 11°C, Gangneung 19°C, Cheongju 11°C, Daejeon 12°C, Jeonju 13°C, Gwangju 13°C, Daegu 15°C, Busan 19°C, and Jeju 15°C.
