View original imageKorea Housing Finance Corporation announced on the 25th that it received the Grand Prize (Minister of Science and ICT Award) for the first time among quasi-governmental institutions at the '21st Information Security Awards' ceremony held on November 24 at the Kensington Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul.
Celebrating its 21st year this year, the 'Information Security Awards' is the most prestigious award in the domestic information security field hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT. It selects and awards exemplary companies in information security annually to raise awareness and encourage voluntary practice of information security.
Since 2021, HF Corporation has been hosting the 'Cybersecurity Conference' in Busan, where its headquarters are located, to strengthen regional information security capabilities. The corporation has also established a dedicated information security department and built an AI-based security monitoring system, actively engaging in its own preventive activities against security breaches.
