Gwangju Seo-gu Signs Agreement to Establish Communication Channel for Apartment Communities

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, signed an agreement on the 24th at the Seo-gu Office Nanum Hall to establish an apartment community communication channel together with Apartner.

An apartment community is organized with the purpose of fostering a sense of belonging and bonds among residents sharing apartment spaces, enhancing community awareness, and jointly resolving inconveniences in daily life.

This agreement focuses on building a two-way communication system between Seo-gu and apartments through an app developed by Apartner Co., Ltd., and providing smart management services for multi-family housing. It also includes contents such as ▲delivering official documents electronically between Seo-gu, apartment management offices, and communities ▲promoting district administration and collecting residents' opinions ▲supporting customized apartment community operations through channels for each group.

Additionally, residents can use the app to access non-face-to-face services such as ▲checking management fees ▲checking electricity usage ▲filing complaints and defects ▲reserving visitor vehicles, and can engage in various community activities through the residents' bulletin board for clubs, sharing secondhand goods, and information sharing.

The apartment management office plans to provide non-face-to-face electronic services such as notices, major schedules, surveys, electronic voting, and AI voice guidance broadcasts.

Kim Yi-gang, the district mayor, said, “Through this business agreement, we have strived to provide more convenient smart services to residents of multi-family housing in Seo-gu,” and added, “We hope that a culture of free gatherings and sharing among communities will be formed and that living convenience will be enhanced.”
