President Lee is the first female executive to come from LG Household & Health Care's new employee recruitment. She joined the company in 1986 and started marketing in the household goods sector, subsequently handling marketing for various product lines such as hair care, body wash, and diapers.
Since being appointed head of the household goods division in 2011, President Lee has steadfastly navigated challenging business environments with differentiated marketing strategies and successfully advanced product premiumization, solidifying the number one position in the household goods market. These achievements earned her the distinction of becoming LG Group's first female president from new employee recruitment.
