According to major foreign media on the 22nd, a car bomb attack took place at a police station in Narathiwat Province in southern Thailand. One police officer died in the attack, and at least 29 police officers and civilians are receiving treatment at hospitals. A police official stated, "A car bomb exploded," and added, "We are still organizing the inside of the police station, and the number of casualties is expected to rise." The perpetrators behind the attack have not yet been identified.
