Welcron Receives Commendation from Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy... "Recognized for Contributions to Exporting World-Class Products"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Min-jae] Welcron, a company specializing in industrial textiles, announced on the 21st that it received a commendation from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy in recognition of its contribution to national exports as a 'World-Class Product' for over 20 years.
The World-Class Product is a certification system in which the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and KOTRA select and certify excellent products from Korea each year that possess global competitiveness. Welcron's microfiber cleaner has maintained its status as a World-Class Product for more than 20 years since 2001.
Previously, Welcron applied microfiber material, which was limited to use in clothing, to cleaners and developed microfiber cleaners that replace conventional cotton cleaners. Using technology that divides fine microfibers, the company exports its products to over 40 countries including the Americas and Europe.
