Changnyeong-gun Holds Forum on Revitalizing Ornamental Tree Industry and Advancing Production Technology
Over 400 Attendees Including Lim Sang-seop, Deputy Director of the Korea Forest Service, and Jo Kyung-soo Officials
Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, hosted the 7th Landscaping Tree Industry Revitalization and Production Technology Development Forum organized by the Gyeongnam Central Branch of the Landscaping Tree Association.

About 400 people attended the forum, including Lim Sang-seop, Deputy Director of the Korea Forest Service, Shin Dae-ho, Head of the Western Regional Headquarters of Gyeongnam Province, Kim Il-su, Chairman of the Industry and Environment Committee of the Gyeongnam Provincial Council, Kim Bu-young, County Governor, Kim Jae-han, Chairman of the County Council, and Kim Gyu-yeol, President of the Landscaping Tree Cooperative.
The forum promoted the development of the landscaping tree industry by conducting a vision declaration for industry revitalization, awarding outstanding members, and holding invited special lectures on topics such as container production of landscaping trees and farm operation cases.
County Governor Kim Bu-young said, “Congratulations on the 55th anniversary of the founding of the Korea Landscaping Tree Cooperative. I appreciate your pivotal role in the development of the landscaping tree industry and your great contribution to creating a better living environment by leading the green industry.”
