Subsequently, the civic group Judicial Exam Preparation Students Association (Sajunmo) claimed, "The list disclosed by the citizen media outlets should be regarded as leaked by a public official," and added, "The act of providing personal information of disaster victims, which has not yet been made public, to citizen media outlets constitutes an act of disclosing official secrets." Sajunmo then submitted a complaint to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office on the 15th, demanding punishment for the public official who leaked the list.
