Philips Korea Appoints Jaein Park as CEO
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] Philips Korea announced on the 17th that it has appointed Jae-in Park as the new CEO.
CEO Park will concurrently serve as the head of the Health Systems division, which provides specialized healthcare solutions at Philips Korea.
Mr. Park has accumulated over 20 years of expertise and experience in various fields such as sales, marketing, and business management at leading global healthcare companies including Abbott, Johnson & Johnson, and Getinge.
Before joining Philips Korea, he served as the CEO of Abbott's domestic subsidiary. In 2016, he held positions such as head of the Precision Diagnostics and Image-Guided Therapy business division at Philips Korea, overseeing diagnostic and therapeutic-related businesses. He is recognized for leading business growth in areas such as digital pathology and contributing to establishing the company’s position as a solutions provider.
