Ebest Investment & Securities Holds 'Conversation with the CEO' with New Interns
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Ebest Investment & Securities announced on the 16th that it held a conversation with the CEO for the public recruitment interns in the second half of this year.
The day before, Kim Won-kyu, CEO of Ebest Investment & Securities, and heads of business divisions met with 23 interns hired under the second half recruitment program and held a conversation with the CEO.
CEO Kim delivered messages about the company's growth history, upcoming changes and leaps forward, and explained the role of a securities firm. Additionally, he directly answered interns' questions about recommended books, motivation for work life, memorable mentors, and thoughts on work life and leadership, and shared a meal to foster communication.
Previously, Ebest Investment & Securities recruited 23 interns in the second half through public recruitment across research, IT, wholesale, retail, investment banking (IB), and management support divisions. After completing orientation training and a three-month internship period, the interns undergo evaluation and are hired as full-time new employees.
