According to Lotte Mart on the 16th, Paldo Sagol Perilla Seaweed Soup Ramen combines the top two best-selling broth dishes, Sagol Gomtang and seaweed soup, into a convenient ramen product that allows consumers to enjoy rich perilla seaweed soup easily. The product features a seaweed and beef bone broth base enhanced with perilla oil and perilla sauce to create a rich soup flavor, while the noodles, blended with potato starch, provide a chewy and elastic texture.
This product reflects the new food culture of consumers in their 20s and 30s who enjoy savory and healthy flavors, and it targets the preferences of the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), who are enthusiastic about unique products that did not exist before.
