According to local governments and fire authorities on the 13th, heavy rain fell in the Seoul metropolitan area for about three hours from 7 p.m. the previous day, flooding some roads and sidewalks. Yangcheon-gu in Seoul recorded 50.0 mm of rain, while Guro-gu and Gangbuk-gu recorded 49.0 mm and 47.5 mm respectively.
