The Itaewon disaster joint memorial altar was all closed on the 12th with the closure of the Noksapyeong Station altar, but the "memorial space" right in front of the accident alley, created through voluntary participation of citizens, has no plans for dismantling and will be maintained with the support of volunteers and Yongsan District Office.
