Customized Convenience... Hana Bank Mobile App 'Hana One Q' Revamped
Moneybox Accounts Available for Use by Purpose Also Launched
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Hana Bank has revamped its mobile application (app) to provide simpler and more customer-tailored information.
Hana Bank announced on the 10th that it has revamped the mobile app 'Hana One Q' over the past year by reflecting customer feedback to offer more hyper-personalized financial services.
Accordingly, the updates include ▲a home screen where users can find desired menus at a glance ▲a customized financial product proposal product mall ▲intuitive product explanations and subscription procedures using animations.
In particular, the product mall was reorganized with a customer-centric approach. Customers can easily and quickly find the financial products they need, while also receiving personalized information such as owned coupons, whether preferential interest rate conditions are met, and the progress of product subscriptions.
Along with the revamp, a new product specialized for the MZ (Millennial + Z) generation, the 'Money Box Account,' was introduced. The 'Money Box Account,' exclusive to Hana One Q, added a previously unavailable 'account splitting' feature, allowing users to divide one account by purpose with settings such as ▲'Parking Space' offering up to 3.0% annual interest even for just one day ▲'Spending Space' to help smart consumption ▲'Challenge Space' for starting asset management with small amounts.
