Ulsan Health and Environment Research Institute and Mugeo 119 Safety Center Joint Fire Drill... Conducted Assuming Fire Situation
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] The Ulsan Health and Environment Research Institute will conduct the '2022 Public Institution Joint Fire Drill' at 2 PM on the 8th around the main building and parking lot of the institute.
This drill was organized to raise awareness of fire disasters and to improve the fire response capabilities of the self-defense fire brigade members.
The drill, conducted jointly with the Mugeo 119 Safety Center, will involve a total of 80 participants, including self-defense fire brigade members of the Health and Environment Research Institute and employees of the fire management outsourcing company.
The main training contents focus on actions to be performed during the initial suppression stage, including ▲evacuation assuming a fire situation ▲fire suppression and emergency rescue by the self-defense fire brigade ▲practice using fire extinguishers and fire hydrants.

An official from the Ulsan Health and Environment Research Institute said, “Through this joint fire drill, we aim to make all employees recognize the importance of fire prevention, awaken vigilance as members of the self-defense fire brigade, and considering the institute’s characteristics of handling various chemical substances and hazardous materials, we will do our best to establish a solid fire response system.”
