Exchange Holds Face-to-Face Meeting with Disclosure Officers of Listed Companies

Held to promote the establishment of sincere disclosure in the capital market through mutual understanding with listed companies, this meeting listened to the difficulties and suggestions of listed companies regarding disclosure and shared recent changes and issues in the disclosure environment.
Additionally, the Exchange urged companies to make timely disclosures to resolve information asymmetry and requested the activation of English disclosures to alleviate the Korea discount.
