Gangseo-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Kim Tae-woo) is hosting the 168th online Gangseo Knowledge Vitamin lecture on the theme of our current concerns: "lethargy, forgetfulness, and laziness."
The lecturer for this session is Professor Han Chang-soo from the Department of Mental Health at Korea University College of Medicine, author of "Making Lethargy Lethargic," who has appeared on numerous TV programs such as KBS1's "Secrets of Life and Death" and JTBC's "Different Class," and has healed the minds of thousands over 20 years.
The lecture will provide a detailed look at common mental ailments experienced by modern people, including the definition of stress, causes of forgetfulness, and reasons for the increase in burnout.
It will also share methods for recovering from lethargy and brain health techniques, offering ways to overcome chronic fatigue and regain vitality.
In particular, Professor Han will explain the differences between dementia and forgetfulness?often easily confused but commonly observed in the aging era?using examples to make it easy to understand and relatable.
This lecture can be viewed by anyone without prior registration from the 10th to the 19th on Gangseo-gu Office’s official YouTube channel, iGangseoTV.
