New COVID-19 Cases at 46,896... Over 12,000 Increase from Last Week (Update)
[Asia Economy Reporter Byeon Seon-jin] The Central Disease Control Headquarters announced on the 3rd at midnight that 46,896 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed, bringing the total cumulative number of confirmed cases to 25,717,277. Of these, 46,841 were domestic cases and 55 were imported cases.
The number of new confirmed cases on this day decreased by 7,870 compared to the previous day (54,766). However, it increased by 11,909 compared to a week ago on the 27th (34,987), and by 21,465 compared to two weeks ago on the 20th (25,431).
