LG CNS to Hire New Employees Based Solely on 'Coding Skills'... Hosting Code Monster Event
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] LG CNS announced on the 1st that it will recruit new employees based solely on coding skills, regardless of their specifications. To this end, it is hosting the programming competition ‘CODE MONSTER’ and will provide top performers in the competition with the opportunity to skip document screening, written tests, and the first interview, advancing directly to the final interview.
The CODE MONSTER preliminary round will be held online and non-face-to-face on the 12th, and the final round on the 26th. Each test will be conducted over 3 hours, during which participants must submit programming source code for 4 algorithm problems. The problems were directly reviewed by LG CNS DX technology experts.
CODE MONSTER is open to applicants regardless of their ‘specifications.’ Anyone who can join within 2 years after final acceptance is eligible to apply. The selected final successful candidates can freely choose their joining date within 2 years from the acceptance date. Desired work departments can also be negotiated.
