Home&Shopping Donates Goods Worth 110 Million Won to Areumdawoon Gage
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Min-jae] Home&Shopping announced on the 31st that it donated goods worth 110 million KRW to Areumdawoon Gage.
The donated goods were sold in a special exhibition on the 28th at seven Areumdawoon Gage branches, including the Seoul Gangseo Hwagok branch.
The sales proceeds will be used for Areumdawoon Gage's project "Resource Recycling, Beautiful Reforestation." This project involves forest restoration in the Baekdudaegan wildfire-affected areas (Uljin, Samcheok, etc.).
Previously, Home&Shopping supported wildfire recovery in Gangwon Province with 20 million KRW in 2019 and 50 million KRW in March of this year.

A Home&Shopping official stated, "We have consistently shown interest and continued support regarding the Gangwon wildfire," adding, "We hope the sales proceeds will be meaningfully used for wildfire damage recovery."
