[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] A joint memorial altar has been set up at Incheon City Hall to honor the victims of the 'Itaewon Halloween Disaster.'
Incheon City announced on the 31st that a joint memorial altar has been installed in the large conference room on the 2nd floor of City Hall, and it will be open from 11:30 a.m. until the situation concludes.
Earlier, the government designated the period until the 5th of next month as a national mourning period related to this incident and decided to set up joint memorial altars at city and provincial government offices nationwide.
The Incheon City Hall joint memorial altar will welcome visitors daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. until the situation ends. Anyone wishing to pay respects to not only the deceased citizens of Incheon but all victims of this incident may visit.
