Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply 5,004 Units in November
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Fourteen mid-sized housing companies will supply a total of 5,004 housing units in November.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 28th that, based on a survey of member companies' housing supply plans for November, 14 companies will supply a total of 5,004 units across 16 projects. This represents a decrease of 4,060 units compared to last month (9,064 units) and an increase of 3,236 units compared to the same month last year (1,741 units).
In the metropolitan area, 1,067 units will be supplied, broken down as follows: ▲Gyeonggi 430 units ▲Incheon 338 units ▲Seoul 299 units. In Gyeonggi, DL Construction will supply 430 units of 'ePyeonhansesang Jukjeon Premier Foret.' In Incheon, Jeil Construction will offer 338 units of 'Yeongjong O2 Grande.'

In the provinces, 3,937 units will be supplied. Daegu will have the largest supply with 1,152 units, followed by ▲Gyeongbuk 1,048 units ▲Daejeon 720 units ▲Busan 523 units ▲Gangwon 386 units. In Busan, Cheonwoo General Construction is preparing to supply 'Daewoon Skyview 2nd Phase (91 units),' and in Daejeon, Dongwon Development will supply 582 units of 'Daejeon Daeheung-dong Vista Dongwon.'
