On the 25th, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office indicted Himchan, former member of the idol group B.A.P, without detention on charges of sexual assault.
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Gyumin] Himchan (32, real name Kim Himchan), former member of the idol group B.A.P, has been re-indicted on charges of committing the same crime while on trial for sexual harassment.
The Women's and Children's Crime Investigation Division of the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Park Jongmin) announced on the 27th that Himchan was non-detained indicted on charges of forcible sexual assault on the 25th.
Himchan is accused of touching the bodies of two women at a bar in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu on April 17.
The victims reportedly reported to the police that Himchan touched their waists and chests. The Yongsan Police Station, which investigated the case, sent Himchan to prosecution in July.

In August 2018, Himchan was tried for forcibly sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s at a pension in Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, and was sentenced to 10 months in prison in the first trial. Himchan's side filed an appeal against this.
