Senior Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lim said on the 27th, "Our government once again urges the cessation of violence in Myanmar, the release of unjustly detained individuals, the mandatory implementation of the five ASEAN-point consensus, and the swift restoration of democracy."
The five ASEAN-point consensus refers to the cessation of violence in Myanmar, the initiation of dialogue among all parties, mediation by the ASEAN chair's special envoy, humanitarian assistance, and visits and meetings with all parties by the ASEAN chair's special envoy delegation.
