[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Incheon International Airport Corporation announced that it will hold the ‘2022 Aviation Industry Job Fair (JOB FAIR)’ for two days from the 27th to the 28th at the Transportation Center of Incheon International Airport Terminal 1.
This event, resuming offline for the first time in three years since 2019, is hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and organized by Incheon International Airport Corporation, Korea Airports Corporation, and the Korea Aviation Association. It was prepared to promote the recovery of the employment market, which has been depressed due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, and to revitalize the aviation industry ecosystem.
About 80 companies, including the two airport corporations, private and public institutions, and research organizations, will participate in this event. It is expected to serve as a practical meeting place between job seekers and recruiting companies.
On the first floor of the Transportation Center at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, ▲company consultation booths ▲special company pavilion ▲recruitment briefings will be held. On the basement first floor, ▲aviation job policy promotion hall ▲on-site recruitment hall ▲mentoring hall, and others will be operated. Various side events such as ▲employment senior-junior talk concerts ▲guest lectures ▲employment tarot ▲image consulting will be held throughout the venue. In particular, at the on-site recruitment hall, 34 companies will conduct recruitment procedures through on-site interviews, providing job seekers with real employment opportunities.
Anyone interested in the aviation industry, including youth and middle-aged groups, can participate in the job fair. Job seekers wishing to participate should bring related documents such as resumes and self-introduction letters and visit the site on the day of the event.
Additionally, from 1 p.m. on the same day, the ‘2022 Aviation Industry Job Fair Employment Audition’ will take place. The employment audition is a self-PR competition designed to inspire the challenging spirit of job seekers and strengthen their employment capabilities. Ten job seekers who pass the preliminary round by expressing ideas related to aviation jobs and job competencies will compete in the final round on-site. Experts from each field will directly participate in judging and select and award outstanding participants.
