Started in 2017 and now in its 6th edition, the 'Daegu International Future Mobility Expo' is the largest future mobility exhibition in Korea, covering automobiles and related automotive parts.
This year, 171 domestic and international companies are participating. Hyundai Motor has prepared an exhibition space of 315㎡ (approximately 95 pyeong), and Kia has 270㎡ (approximately 82 pyeong), offering visitors a variety of attractions and interactive experiences.
Hyundai Motor will exhibit the second model of its dedicated electric vehicle brand Ioniq, the 'Ioniq 6,' and operate a VR (virtual reality) experience booth where customers can directly experience a sustainable mobility lifestyle. Visitors can take an MBTI personality test at a kiosk located at the entrance of Hyundai's exhibition hall to identify their personality traits and receive recommendations for one of six lifestyle-themed 'Ioniq 6' experience topics, allowing them to freely explore the content.
Additionally, Hyundai will display the medium-sized low-floor electric bus 'Elec City Town' and operate a kiosk where visitors can experience the newly launched commercial vehicle-dedicated connected service 'Bluelink Fleet 2.0,' which enhances vehicle management, driving safety analysis, and utilization rate analysis.
Hyundai Motor Group has also prepared a model of the E-pit ultra-fast electric vehicle charging system and a VR device to experience UAM (Urban Air Mobility), showcasing future mobility technologies. The E-pit enables 80% charging within 18 minutes and features plug-and-charge functionality that automatically authenticates and processes payment immediately upon connecting the charging cable, enhancing charging convenience.
UAM is a future representative mobility that utilizes the sky as a new transportation route to reduce road congestion and provide users with an environment to spend their time more valuably.

It combines a significantly enhanced motor and high-output battery compared to the EV6, securing the highest level of power performance in the brand's history.
The 'Niro Plus,' launched in May, is based on the first-generation Niro EV, with an 80mm increase in overall height and optimized interior configuration to secure a spacious cabin.
Kia will also exhibit various parts, including Hyundai Motor Group's world-class competitive electric vehicle platform E-GMP. During the expo, a test drive program will be operated twice daily, providing customers the opportunity to drive electric vehicles on roads around EXCO.
