This Safe Korea Drill will involve over 400 participants from 13 collaborating departments, related organizations, and private groups to comprehensively inspect disaster preparedness and enhance disaster response capabilities, prioritizing the safety of citizens in the event of a disaster.
On November 22, assuming a fire and collapse caused by an earthquake at Sangok Jugong Apartments located in Naeseo-eup, Masanhwoewon-gu, the drill will proceed with ▲holding an emergency situation assessment meeting ▲activating the disaster safety countermeasures headquarters ▲checking the collaborative response system ▲focused discussion training on issues arising during the response process ▲and on-site response training.
The preparatory meeting involved 13 collaborating departments, related organizations, and private groups sharing the training objectives, key initiatives, detailed schedules, and training guidelines, along with discussions for effective training and consulting from private experts.
