Gogyeongae, Chairperson of Gwangju Seo-gu Council, Receives Plaque of Appreciation from Volunteer Crime Prevention Unit

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Ko Kyung-ae, Chairperson of the Seo-gu Council in Gwangju Metropolitan City, recently received a plaque of appreciation from the Seo-gu Autonomous Crime Prevention Union of the Gwangju Autonomous Police.

The Seo-gu Autonomous Crime Prevention Unit awarded the plaque in recognition of Chairperson Ko's consistent interest in public safety and security, her active support of autonomous crime prevention activities, and her contributions to improving safety in Seo-gu.

Chairperson Ko said, “Having participated in autonomous crime prevention activities and volunteer work for a long time, I have come to understand the hardships faced by the autonomous crime prevention members who dedicate themselves to maintaining public safety in the district during late-night hours despite difficult conditions. I will cherish the sincere feelings of our members who prepared this plaque and do my best to ensure that the 9th Seo-gu Council carries out field-centered and open council activities.”
