[Concall] SK Hynix "If next year's China export control license is not extended, Wuxi plant's EUV operation will be disrupted"
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] SK Hynix stated during the Q3 earnings conference call on the 26th, "If the license issuance related to U.S. export controls on equipment to China is not deferred after next year, separate licenses will be required for each piece of equipment, which could make equipment procurement difficult." They added, "We expect operational difficulties at the fab due to the EUV issue to arise much earlier than the originally anticipated late 2020s, when challenges at the Wuxi plant in China were expected."
