Samsung Life Public Welfare Foundation Announces Winners of the '2022 Samsung Happiness Awards'
A Total of 8 Winners... Each Awarded 50 Million Won
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Ye-ju] Samsung Life Public Welfare Foundation announced the selection of the '2022 Samsung Happiness Award Winners' on the 26th.
This year's winners are ▲Women Leadership Award: (Corporation) Women’s Environmental Network ▲Women Creativity Award: Lee Min-jin (54), novelist and columnist ▲Family Harmony Award: Min Haeng-suk (60) ▲Youth Award: Bong Min-jae (15, Chungam Middle School 3rd grade), Lee Ji-hoon (18, Kyungsung Electronics High School 3rd grade), Jo Won-woo (18, Seongbo Management High School 3rd grade), Park Eun-bi (19, Kangseo University 1st year), Do Ji-na (24, Hanyang Cyber University 3rd year), totaling 8 recipients.
Each winner in the respective categories will receive a plaque and a prize of 50 million KRW (5 million KRW for Youth Award recipients), and the award ceremony is scheduled to be held at 3 PM on November 24th at the Samsung Child Education and Culture Center auditorium in Hannam-dong.
The winners were finalized through a rigorous three-month evaluation process including achievement verification and on-site inspections by a judging panel composed of distinguished scholars and experts in each field, based on candidates recommended by major domestic institutions and professionals.
