[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] Busan International High School in Busanjin-gu, Busan, will hold a metaverse-based global forum on the 26th, with students from six sister schools in four countries: Russia, Vietnam, Sweden, and Japan participating together.
This event first started in 2010 and is being held for the 13th time this year. Due to the impact of COVID-19, it has been conducted online for the third time.
This year, under the theme "Youth Innovative Engagement for Global Actions," the forum will be divided into the fields of law and politics, education, environment, culture, and science and technology.
On the metaverse platform and website, presentation videos addressing problem-solving projects related to the theme and cultural exchange content will be posted. On the day of the forum, real-time Q&A and discussions will be conducted based on these materials.
To ensure a successful forum, the platform will open from the 24th, allowing overseas students to share their progress and interact through pre-video conferences.
